1. Information We Collect & Process
We process the following categories of data to provide our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) auditing service:
- Account Profile Data: First name, surname, email address, password hash, and optional location or company name.
- Setup & SEO Variables: Target website domain URL, target market regions, primary keyword topics, and competitor domains.
- Payment & Billing Metadata: Stripe Customer ID, Stripe subscription ID, plan type, invoice status, and billing cycle timestamps. *Please note: We do not store or collect credit card numbers. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.*
- Search Engine Audit Cache: Organic visibility indexes (VCI), evidence depth (ded), data confidence metrics, search engine placement records, and compliance notes.
2. How We Store Data & Host the Platform
To ensure high standards of security and compliance for EU data subjects:
- All databases, user credentials, and active configuration settings are hosted securely by Supabase on servers located inside the European Union (AWS EU-West region).
- All data transmitted between your browser and our platform is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
- Row-Level Security (RLS) policies are actively enforced on all database tables, preventing any unauthorized cross-account visibility or leakages.
3. Third-Party Subprocessors
We share data with the following GDPR-compliant subprocessors strictly to maintain the service:
- Supabase Inc. - Database, hosting, and identity provider services (EU-based cloud instances).
- Stripe Inc. - Secure payment gateway processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 3, 2026Welcome to Entity AI. By accessing or using our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) auditing console, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. License and Scope of Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Entity AI dashboard to monitor and optimize your site's presence in conversational search engines.
2. Account Registration & Password Security
To register an account, you must select a password that is at least 8 characters long, containing at least one number and one special character. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to register.
3. Fair Use and Scanning Restrictions
You agree not to deploy automated scrapers, flood endpoints, or reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring logic. Any attempt to scrape raw audit outputs beyond the visual dashboard parameters will result in immediate termination of the platform subscription.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
All billing cycles (GEO/SEO Plus at 99€/mo, Enterprise at 599€/mo, Deluxe at 499€/mo with 14-day trial) are managed automatically. Renewals occur on the same day of each month unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the cycle expiration.

Under GDPR rules, you possess full ownership and control over your personal data. This includes:

- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request full erasure of all account histories, billing records, and project audits by contacting us. We process deletions immediately.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You can choose to suspend tracking parameters while keeping your account active.
- Right to Portability: You can request an export of your project data in standard JSON format.
2. Data Processing & Garante Privacy
As our company operates in Italy, Europe, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Rome, Italy), if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
